The thing I like about the heat lamp is that if you are cold it heats you faster than warm air would.

I always find that the bathroom is plenty hot after a single shower. I'm always opening the door and trying to get cool air in. Usually I go dry off somewhere else in the hotel room because the bathroom is too hot. Then, once it cools down, I go in there and shave, brush teeth, etc.

So I've never used it. I always assumed it was installed because the Finns really do control everything.
