What's the MOST indirect routing you've ever put together

I recently changed a BKK-CDG direct to BKK-NRT-ZRH-CDG after my proposed BKK-TPE-PVG-ZRH-CDG routing fell apart, and while contemplating how to get from CDG-JFK earlier this morning, I decided that of course, the best way would be CDG-ZRH-JNB-CPT-JNB-GRU-SCL-EZE-IAD-JFK. So, since we all like to travel and fly, what's the most out of the way routing you've put together to avoid a simple direct flight?

ATL-LAX via STL/CMI/ORD/PIT/JFK/LHR/BOS/ORD/MKE/STL/SGF/DFW/SAN

Was cheaper buying it as an ATL-LHR-LAX open jaw than buying a simple ATL-LAX one-way.

Flew a miles ticket STR-ZRH-WAW-EWR-CLT-MSP.

I think i've settled on the next one. Instead of a simple JFK-CDG flight I am going to book JFK-EZE-SCL-LIM-EZE-JNB-CPT-JNB-NBO-ZRH-CDG with the EZE-SCL-LIM-EZE portion being a BA award on LAN nested within an ANA award.

I would love to have the time to still play these games, but, alas, the real world eventually sets in.

EWR-SEA flown as EWR-HNL-IAH-MCO-CLE-ORD-SEA.

SEA-EWR flown as SEA-SFO-LAX-IAD-GRU-ORD-EWR.

I've also got a few CLT-PHX or vv bookings in the next 6 weeks which include routings via OGG or HNL.

In all cases the fare I paid was basically the same as the direct routing.

The first two were part of a MR:
BOS-LAX-ORD-FRA
FRA-DFW-LAS-LAX-BOS

And then there was:
MTS-JNB-LHR-FRA-ORD-SAT

A UA J award would have been 100k miles for USA-EUrope-USA. I am now going to do:

JFK-EZE-JNB-CPT-JNB-NBO-ZRH-CDG for 105k ANA miles in J
Add EZE-SCL and LIM-EZE for ~40k avios in J
at the end return CDG-USA on whatever the 25k J one-way flying blue offer is that month.

British author Alexander Frater wrote (in the late 1980s) the fascinating book "Beyond the Blue Horizon" (do read it if you can get one), about the 1930s Imperial Airways flying boat service from Britain to Australia which stopped every few hundred miles along the way. For the book he visited all the old way points in a single marathon trip where his ticket from London to Brisbane had 42 separate coupons, was about an inch thick, and had the travel agent who issued it say he was going to submit it to the Guinness Book of Records as the most complex ticket ever issued.
