What hotel chain has the best free hot breakfast?

I'm talking eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, the works! And to top it off, decent rooms, service, etc.

+1 on Embassy Suites. Every property I've been to has extensive made to order (omelet) and buffet offerings.

Are you looking for the best or for the most massive amount of food?

While Ritz-Carlton is really fancy, I think Embassy Suites is unbeatable.

As a HH Diamond I vote for the Hilton Garden Inns breakfast. Great way to start the day.

One more vote for Embassy Suites. A specific hotel may have a better breakfast, but as a chain, ES takes it.

+1 on the Club Level (where you can actually include all-day snacks, lunch and dinner). Of course my sample size for the RC is 2: Lake Las Vegas and Kapalua.

Embassy Suites do have good breakfast buffets but the weekend crowds detract from it.

So my vote goes to Hilton Garden Inn.

Since the OP asked for free breakfast, I, too, vote for Embassy Suites.

Absolutely Embassay Suites. Holiday Inn Express gets an Honorable Mention for the cinnamon rolls though.

I don't think HGI count as one, as the topic is regarding "free" breakfast, the "free" breakfast is for HH Gold and Diamond only, and also has to choose MyWay benefit to upgrades/breakfast in order to get it for free.

I would never consider Hampton Inn has the best free breakfast, it is not even consider as good, from those 30+ Hampton Inn that I had been to, it is always range from mediocre to poor.

^+1 for Embassy Suites as mid-price hotels.

^+1 for Holiday Inn Express as low-price hotels.

These are truly hotels that have free breakfast, instead of some you have to be certain status within the chain, or book certain rooms/package in order to have it for free.

Absolutely love the warm cinnamon rolls in HIX, plus they have scramble eggs, bacons and sausages.
