What's New in Version 3.0.0

It's all about 3s: Version 3 marks a 3-year anniversary of the Tool, introduces 3 new major features, and provides access to nearly-complete award availability coverage for all 3 major alliances (Star Alliance, OneWorld, and SkyTeam).

All existing and new Platinum-tier users will be automatically given access to all these new features (as described below).

New [Amadeus: Awards/OneWorld] Method:
- Shows available awards on most OneWorld carriers (QF/BA/AA/AY/IB/MA/LA + EI)
- QF FFP Membership Number and PIN are required to use this Method; instant online enrolment available at https://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/dyns/joinff

  Legend: YS = Economy Award, CS = Business Award, WS = Premium Economy Award (BA WT+), FS = First Award. "+" = The requested number of seats is available; "-" = The requested number of seats is not available; "/" = Cabin not applicable.
New [Amadeus - Text] Seat Maps:
- Can display seat maps on zeroed-out flights, is faster, and supports more carriers than other seat map methods.
PNR Manager Now Also Supports:
- AC PNRs
- UA PNRs
- OneWorld E-Ticket Retrieval using a ticket number, issued by any OW carrier
Miscellaneous Enhancements:
- Additional setup options to facilitate installations on locked-down machines
- Windows Vista right-click crash issues resolved

[Amadeus: Awards/OneWorld] Method Enhanced:
- Award availability support has been added for a number of additional origin airports via the [Extended Mode] option.
Fare and Routings Rules Functionality Enhanced:
- Fare and Routing Rules can now be requested for any published fare, even if that fare is not listed in the results, by specifying the Fare Basis code manually.
Resolved: Seat Maps issues under Windows Vista and/or MSIE 7

[ORT: Awards/SkyTeam] Method Enhanced:
- This Method now includes a choice of 2 Point-of-Sale options. Also, award availability support for AF has been restored.

Round-the-World and Other Special Circle Fares Now Supported
- To access Round-the-World Fares (such as Star Alliance/OneWorld/SkyTeam RTW), as well as other special Circle Fares (such as Circle Pacific, and Global Explorer): Select [Sabre: Fares/ZUJ], choose the [RTW] fare option, and enter the city/airport code of the starting point in the [From:] field.
Resolved: Awards/OneWorld Extended Mode Issue
- OneWorld award availability can now be checked in Extended Mode for additional originating cities (incl. JNB, DXB, etc.)
Added: Proxy Authentication Options
- For proxy servers requiring authentication, click the purple [Tools] button and select [Proxy Authentication Options] to enter the proxy username/password.

I'm using ExpertFlyer and a few fares came up with AI but I cannot seem to find them anywhere. Can someone direct me on this.

It's a regular published fare and can be booked via any booking source, including calling AI Res directly.

I got fare rules yesterday and last week using previous rev. Not routing rules, but fare rules.

The error message is
A block that appears

KVS availabilty tool
A big red X
Error Retreiving Fare Rules
with an OK block to click

When you click OK, the block goes away, but nothing else displays

I did BOS-ATL R/T
pos SG highlighted the fare line
right mouse click picked view fare rules

Tried other routings and also tried AA

and picked the first block (the DL fare rule)
as of 7:55pm June 11

I am not entirely sure why the ANA engine is returning that error, but the adjacent date works fine:

The problem is appearing because FRA-EZE operates only 5 days a week, and Monday Sept 1 isn't one of those days. The ANA tool can't produce an alternative routing (if you're asking it to with the Max box checked).

That was my original thought, but the Timetable showed that that flight does operate on Mondays:
