Is there a database somewhere that has all flights? Specifically I'm looking for Qantas flights from 2001 onwards, I'd like to search by flight number and date to find the tail number of all Qantas flights I've been on. Thanks.

How to find historical ATC/weather data?

AF0639 Aug 29 was delayed. Info on ground indicated weather. EU claim denied due to weather and ATC orders.

How can I find historical data?

Historic flights register

Hello

I am looking for flight details of flight la705 departing from Madrid to Santiago de Chile with lan airlines on December 2nd, 2014 (planned departure time: 23:50). I need this information since I lost this flight, due to the plane leaving before time (so especially I need to know what time did the plane leave and what time was the gate closed).

I already searched on flight radar, flight view, flightstats and similar pages, but they only let me see the last 7 days stats. Even for the premium accounts, the maximum that I found was the possibility to check the flights 365 days back, an I need to go back almost two years.

I will really appreciate any tips and information!

FlightStats has some historical information, but you need a free account to access it. Then choose Tools -> Historical Flight Status and fill in the flight information.

For the flight in question, it left the gate in MAD at 00:38 after a 43-minute delay; the runway departure was at 00:52.

I am looking to figure out what type of A/C UA was operating out of ROC through the 1990's. Also a few other routes, but primarily ROC.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Info on a 7 months old delayed flight

I was on delayed flight during the summer last year. I've since learnt that I might be entitled to some compensation. However, flight history statistics are difficult to get.

If someone has access to this type of information I would appreciate the help

Flight: UA18
Date: 17 July 2016
MXP-EWR with scheduled arrival time 13:40

Thanks

Flight History for possible claim

Hi,

I was hoping that one of you wonderful people could help! We travelled to MCO last year from UK via BRU and ORD (yes - fun journey!)

Anyway the ORD flight was delayed twice, oncefor the actual boarding and again 1.5 hours on the tarmac in the plane.

I've recently found out that I may be able to claim compensation, so was trying to get the full data of that flight (details below)

Chicago Orlando
ORD 13:45
Terminal 1 MCO 17:25
Brussels Airlines 8863 Operated by UNITED AIRLINES

I would be very grateful if anyone could assist.

Many Thanks

What's a good way to find what airlines had non-stop flights between SFO and LAX during the month of September 1997? Thanks!

Probably by searching the Bureau of Transportation Statistics data base.

You'll have to experiment with the filters to get that data that you are looking for.

I got lost trying to use your link as all it will do is download a zip file which has a csv file in it.

Using https://www.transtats.bts.gov/ONTIME/ with September 1, 1997 to September 30, 1997 seems to work better as it basically shows UA, DL, AS, CO, US. I know the flight I took was not UA or DL or AS or US so that only leaves CO although I thought CO didn't fly between SFO and LAX according to their archived timetables and it was NW that did.

Tail numbers for international Delta-operated flights

I've been going through all of my past flights to get the aircraft model, using tail numbers from BTS.gov. Unfortunately I have a few international flights which BTS.gov doesn't track, plus they are flights that were 'operated by Delta'. I've tried to use ACARS as well, but it never returns any hits. If I am doing something wrong, please inform me. Anyways, here are the flights I am looking for. Does anybody know how to find the tail numbers from these flights? I can do the work myself, but if you could help me with one that would be great. I'm also looking for the actual departure and arrival times (if these don't exist, scheduled times will work). Thanks in advance.

Have you tried something like FlightRadar24.com / FlightStats / FlightAware? They typically have a log of flights and tail numbers that operated them. BTW, I moved this over to 'Travel Tools' since it this question is more appropriate for that thread.
