I hope this is the place to post the question.

Senior moment and can't remember which website I can check the history of airfare prices for last month, year etc , preferably for the Thanksgiving and Xmas holidays in the past.

There isn't really a history like that as purchase date as much as travel date factors into the fare. There are averages per route which the DoT publishes but that's not really what you're looking for, I don't think.

It is not dot. I recall a website showing a bar graph of average airfare price per month.

Maybe thinking of Bing's Price Predictor. They dropped the service early this year -- http://www.geekwire.com/2014/farewel...ismay-creator/

However, Kayak now has a similar price trend feature which graphs recent fares on a route and suggests whether or not they think you should buy.
