HELP: How/Where to Book Fare Found on ITA

I found today for a trip from the western US to JNB (5.9 c/mi) priceline was cheaper than ITA nearly $40. I'm just trying to figure out if there are any gotchas with priceline (not using nyop). The majority of the flights are with BA. I just want to make sure I get full EQM on AA and select seats (I'm an OW Saphire).
Any idea why priceline would come up cheaper than ita?

Help finding an agent to use GDS to book flight found on ITA Matrix
I have found a good flight on ITA Matrix and I cannot find the same fare via OTAs, hipmunk, or kayak. I tried 4 local brick and mortar travel agents and all of them did not know how to build a flight with my information. I need help finding an agent who can use their GDS to locate this flight or confirm that it does not exist, although it has been popping up repeatedly over the past 24 hours. I just searched the flight again to confirm it is available on ITA Matrix before posting this.
Any other advice on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
