Question Tool for finding RELATIVELY good hotel prices?

A few weeks ago, I used a website (or, perhaps, an app) that provided hotel rates.

It's most unique feature was that it would highlight hotels with a rate that was low relative to its usual rate.

For example, if the W Union Square was normally $500/night in October, but could be booked for $300/night, that would leap to the front of its hotel list, even if some other 4* hotel in the same area was $250/night.

Is anyone familiar with this website?

trivago.com does a good job comparing prices from the various websites.
