Unfortunately not all "improvements" actually help!

Is Awardwallet working for people today? Almost all of my accounts are coming back as "unknown errors."

Awardwallet hasn't been working for me for almost three weeks now. I've been in touch with the company who says they are aware of the issue and are working on it. But how could it go from being very reliable to this? I'm getting results on 20% of my accounts. Otherwise, I get this error message:

Server communication error

I need to move on. What is the best alternative?

Working fine for me. What browser and OS are you using? I'm Chrome on Mac, and it's been flawless.

Encouraging that it works for you, frustrating that perhaps it's me and not a broader issue. I also have a Mac. I've checked Firefox and Opera. OS is El Capitan, 10.11.6.

10.11.6 here also.

I just tried it again in Chrome, and everything went as expected save for Avianca.

I don't have the extension in Firefox or Safari.

I downloaded Chrome and tried it along with Firefox, Opera, and Safari. Nada. Then I downloaded the ap on my iPad. Nada.

Frustrated. But grateful for the help you've attempted to give.

You have the extension installed, I assume?

Here's another data point: I store my passwords locally. Maybe that makes a difference?

It works again. I got a note from AwardWallet today saying the issue was resolved and asking me to check. Sure enough, it worked perfectly. They did not share what the issue was, but it was at their end.

I find their support to be pretty good.

Sounds like your issue was account-specific somehow.

I lost my AW pws. I keep them local, and for some reason this seems to happen every now and then.

Last time it happened, after I re-entered them all, I made a backup.

Now, I'm trying to restore that backup and I get "Wrong File Format."

Any ideas here?

So maybe my cookie didn't get lost?

Did you try restoring from a backup?

I had to re-type mine also.
