I've tried every variant of calendar sync I can think of:
MfE (which os active syncing my email, but not my calendar)
I've tried to connect to my work computer, but the N97 isn't being identified by my work PC.
I can't run more than one activesync profile, so I can't run Google Sync.
I've tried Goosync, failed.
I've got an email into the Tech CS team so they might have a solution for me that I haven't tried.
Hmmm.... Getting calender to sync on my E-71 (same OS, same MFE) wasn't at all obvious and took a few tries to get working properly. Make sure dealing with conflicts is set to "server wins"
Programs: I had gold, I had silver, but its all slipping through my fingers.

a lot of people swear by roadsync. I have not tried it, but never heard a bad thing about it (except its not free
Roadsync is very nice. It came with a friend's Samsung S60 phone and looks better than MFE. Interestingly, friend in question had no interest in push email whatsoever, until she actually had it (common problem IMO).
That said, now MFE is simply working insofar as I need to to work (I get my calender and tasks in addition to email), it's more than good enough.
OK... another issue. I have two WiFi access points defined.... and Im currently connected and can Browse the Web... but when I try to download my configured email account it gives me this error message "already connected to Wifi - please disconnect and try again"... ????!!?????

Does the device have an on screen keyboard (rather than using the hardware keyboard)?
I'm tempted to get this device, as I'm using the N95-8Gb at the moment, and the lack of a keyboard on it is starting to annoy me.
From what I've read, the N97 does have one but I haven't read anyone comment on it. Is it OK to use with just one hand? While I like a hardware keyboard, I don't always want to devote both hands to it. Are there any pictures of the on screen keyboard?
Is the on screen keyboard accurate and responsive? I was also considering the iPhone, but I just can't use their on screen keyboard. I always mistype on there.
Lastly, does anyone use the stylus on the N97? I hope a finger is good enough for navigation and input. A stylus is so 90's...

Hi - I can give a few comments, I work for them, but these are my opinions.
You can use hte on screen touchpad, there is choice of T9 as normal or full touch keypad.
Difference to iphone is there is haptic feedback, this means when you touch the screen, it "taps" like a key...makes things much easier
For the fold out keypad, I would say its possible with one hand, but MUCH easier with 2 hands.
I dont have stylus, and find finger just fine.
I just wish there were more cool widgets available, but I see some came to store.ovi.com this week, so hopefully more will come soon.
Thank you, cressers. Very useful information. Now where I can get one in Australia without paying through the nose...? The cheapest I can find here converts to around USD$700...

Cressers- I cant seem to be able to preset the zoom on the browser... FT fonts are too small. Also I have to reset the post order every time... Any ideas on how to solve this...?

Hi. I have a question for the N97 - previous iPhone owner guy. Now that you own a N97 how has been people reactions in terms of aesthetical appearance. Do they like the looks of the N97 better or they miss the iPhone?
