Can someone help me with swoopshare? I'm such a dummie.

I clicked on the link, thinking it wouold take me directly to the movie. Nope.
So I created an account.....then what?
I entered the link in the <save> and <browse> boxes, but nothing.
I don't know nuttin' about loading no files.
Help, please.
