Sansa MP3/Rhapsody - music cut off
1st MP3 player so pls be gentle
currently on vacation in europe & got Sansa e260 just before we departed
downloaded (i.e. purchased) several songs
and also downloaded a book from our local library that will 'expire' (DRM?) in 10 days yesterday got this message: synchronize to continue your music subscription
well can't do that because rhapsody is installed on wife's computer which is at home....and we are getting this message for everything music and book
any ideas how to fix before we get home?

Pretty sure you can't. The DRM on a file lets you play it for a certain time. I'm guessing you are on a trial of Rhapsody, so the files come with a pretty short lifespan. You have to let the music "call home" so it can refresh its DRM information and see if you are still entitled to it...

Sorry to say it, but your device just assumes you are a criminal and wont let you listen to material for which to which you have rights without verifying that you are not committing a crime first.
How much did you pay for the privilege of being called a criminal by your own property?
