Cell Phone - London - ORANGE
If you are traveling in London and have a need to call outside of the country Orange has an awesome pay as you go INTL SIM. I can call home for $.10/minute.
I bought my phone and my charger died after 6 days. They don't have good customer service but the rates are unbeatable.

I like UK Orange, too. And they have fractional minutes on international calls.
On a previous trip there, as i walked through LHR, I powered up my trusty Nokia 6100 with an O2 prepaid sim. To my horror, the display tells me "Please wait. Configuring your phone." GRRRRRRRRR!
Orange and Virgin UK have not done that trick to me.
