I have the following Kensington tips to give away: N3, N5, N19.

I am looking for the N27 tip!

I will ship to Europe and USA.

If you have the N27 tip and want to swap, please send me an email:

Does anyone know what the difference between the M15 and M16 adapters is? I have the M15, which appears to be a standard USB mini-B, but I've heard the M16 is also mini-B.

Hi,

Would anyone have the short UK power cord to trade. I have some tips (listed above) and may have (need to check) a spare US power cord.

Thanks,

Aidan

Nokia M2 Tip

Hi guys,

I'm a bit confused. From what I understand on this thread, the M2 tip for Nokia fits the OLD Nokia phones, right? But on the pictures I see of the M2 tip, it looks like the M2 is actually for the NEW phones.

What I need is a tip to charge my old 3310. Which one should I get? Is it the M2???

Cheers

I need a Kensington N9 (HP Pavillion dv9000)

I can trade:

Kensington N1, N2, N3, N5 or N15 and what I think are iGo tips (4-pin with "A" in a circle on the other side) 4, 6, 9, 11, 12 and 20.

(edit- I finally found the right page on the Kensington site to tell me it's definitely an N9 I need)

Hi,

Thanks for the links - We have a huge box in the office of "normal" UK, US and European power cords.

What I'm looking for is a UK power cord for the Kensington 70 or 120 AC/DC power supply.

When you buy one in the UK, you get a UK and European short lead. When you buy one in the US, you get a US and European short lead. It's not possible to get all three at the same time.*

The 120W AC/DC unit is not available in the UK, so I ended up getting one in the US in 2006. Since then I've been trying to get a replacement UK 3-PIN mains cable, but no luck.

Thanks,

Aidan

* The while idea of the Kensington is to have as few cables and adaptors and other crap with me.

Please let us know if you find one with this strange termination!

I tried Kensington support in the US but they claimed there was no such thing, and kindly sent me a power socket adapter (which is huge!).

I really cannot understand who in their right mind would invent a new type of power connector... what were they thinking of??!!

Smile Kensington Smarttips

Hi,

I'm looking for Kensington Smarttip N3...

I have an Averatec laptop and am dying to use it with my Kensington charger, but I bought it used, without the proper tip (doh!).

Will you ship? I'm in CA.

You sure you don't need a trade? I've posted my trades elsewhere.

I'd be MUCH obliged! Email me independently; I don't want to post my address here.

I know its been mentioned by other posts in this thread but it bears saying again. Kensington has the best customer service of any hardware company!! Call them and get the part delivered - no questions asked. Bose provides this but for equipment at a much higher cost point.
