does Google have a support e-mail address?
I help out on another bulletin board system that recently got spammed. It's been about 2 months since all of the bad pages were deleted but they're still showing up in the cache of Google.
I've done all the little online utilities they have, but can't seem to get rid of everything.
I just need a human over there to manually to rid of everything in one particular directory of our site. I can't seem to figure out how to make this happen.
Any ideas?

I seem to recall in that situation being asked to prove my bona fides by placing a text file in the root of the webserver with a message detailing what pages I wanted deleted. If you do that ahead of time they can probably react faster.

I would try this: http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/
and add a robot.txt file to the root of your site disallowing the problem directory.
