Or you could dump Itunes and use Anapod Explorer which is vastly better, easier and won't bog down your PC.

I'll look into it. We're bringing it to the geniuses today. If it's not dead, I'll take it and install Anapod since I have a PC. Thanks.

They fixed it... in about 30 seconds. My husband said they did a reset.

I guess I have myself a shuffle. Why do I have a feeling my husband knew about this and plotted to get a nano out of the deal .
