Calendar software

I have been trying to find some sort of calendar software that will print a 12-month (or more) calendar beginning any month of the year. I also need certain contiguous dates blocked or highlighted to show the client when I will be at one of two work sites.

I've searched the web and downloaded and tried 3-4 calendar programs, and none can do all of this. They print one year calendars, but without the blocks or highlights. Most do the blocking in week or month format, but not the year format.

Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks,
Leo

Have you tried using the calendar template in Word?

Yep. Unfortunately, it only does monthly calendars. I need one that will print all 12 months on one page with various dates/periods highlighted or blocked.

Thanks,
Leo

I've used a program called Calendar Creator for years.
I think it'll do what you want.

Outlook Year View from PlanetSoftware will do what you want if you use Outlook as your main calendar. (Year View is an Outlook plugin).

I tried it. When I ran the Outlook to Time and Chaos sync it really helped me get a lot of free time in my schedule so that I could focus on long range, big picture things. It deleted the contacts and calendar entries from my Outlook/Exchange database. My schedule is wide open and I wont be tempted to call anyone since I dont have their numbers.
