Streaming Bluetooth & Flying

I have just bought a Streaming A2DP Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Headset to go with my w950i Walkman Phone. (and it works really well) I then realised that I have absolutley no idea whether I can use it on an aircraft.

Can anyone tell me what the regulations are. (Of course I would have the phone switched to flight mode.)

Regulations say no. Bluetooth has to be turned off.
