After updating to 10, if the phone is just unlocked while you are in the car, you're not even using it for anything, you just have it unlocked, and you then lock it, the car interprets that as a "phone call" and acts as if it is starting to dial a number and then "hangs up" and disconnects.
I don't experience that with on my 7 and 535i.

One site is reporting availability of iOS 10 untethered jailbreak, but not seeing confirmations on ModMyi or iClarified.

Loaded on my 6 yesterday. Working OK but so many things are changed with no apparent improvement. Change for the sake of change.

Actually my battery life has gone the other direction since installing iOS 10 on my 6s.

I have checked the "usual suspects" like wifi, Bluetooth and the app refresh setting and they are all turned off.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Exactly right. The unlocking is simply terrible, iMessages are awful,
why would you turn a great program, one of the best iOS components
into a game for a 5-year old? Balloons? Seriously?

So sick of Apple, they can't come up with anything new, so they make
some stupid changes, still iPhone 7 seems to have a terrible dark, yellow screen.
25% brighter, yeah right. The only product they make, one year and this.

And of course, 0.0005% taxes on $Billions.

Best solution would be to go with an Android phone, then.

I've been using the public beta of iOS10 for several weeks now on an iPhone 6 without difficulty. Recently updated to the Golden Master version, again without difficulty.

Very weird. Very annoying.
I'm having bluetooth troubles with my Lexus as well. Can't turn on my radio or xm satellite unless I turn off the phone's bluetooth. Car thinks I am on a call, so radio won't operate. ANNOYING!

I regret updating to iOS 10 because now my sister likes to send me touch messages, the ones with the animation and stuff.

Yeah, I think I've come around to your viewpoint. My battery life seems to have taken a hit. My phone is at 9% now, but under previous iOS versions it would have been more like 35%.

I'm not a fan of the iMessage changes, that's for sure.

I noticed at idle at home on wifi at night, unplugged, the phone seems to use more power than it used to.

I went through all those widgets and turned most of them off. I still think it uses more power at idle than it used to.

That's normal. The phone wasn't 'perfect' but it was close. Just changed stuff to change it. Every iDevice is swipe to unlock but we now have altered that! Yah!

Yes, iOS 10 is definitely using more battery power than it's predecessor.

I hate the new messaging. I don't send music, I don't send cutsy little drawings, I just want to text.

Why was the clear "SEND" button replaced with an up arrow?? Just nonsense.
