Enpass password manager - free Pro licence
Basically they are trying to drum up business for their mobile app, which has an IAP of USD10. Going for free today:

why not just use the free and open source Keepass and Keepass Android?
Storing all your passwords in any database makes that database extremely sensitive as someone that gets into it can now access your entire online life (that you have in it). A non-open source product is arguable a higher risk for any intentional or unintentional leak of your data.
