It will only be available in white and black starting out. Purchasing from T-Mobile will also include one free year of Netflix.
The Netflix is for devices purchased before, I believe 4/12. I kinda want the green one, we'll see if I can hold off. I went to order the Edge 64 in white, but the T-Mobile site is down. They went through this fiasco with the iPhone 6 launch, I'd have hoped they'd have sorted things out this time.

An iPhone for people who hate Apple

If imitation is the highest form of flattery, Apple's design team should be blushing right now.
...
there's nothing terribly original about the S6's design
...
it's as if Samsung's team purposefully designed the Galaxy S6 to be an iPhone for people who hate Apple
...
If you're not an iPhone person but want the quality and attention to detail that Apple gives its smartphones, then the Galaxy S6 is worth consideration.

I've never been an early adopter, and I'm not sure why I should start now. I think I'll wait for the first price drop to pick up an S6--hopefully this fall.

Just played with both new models at my local Best Buy.

Not impressed. It certainly feels nicer than the S3/S4/S5, but not revolutionary enough to consider dumping my Nexus 6. The Edge screen is just too gimmicky with no apparent purpose other than trying to stay relevant.

Anyone get one of these yet? I'm still looking for the replacement to my HTC M7, but have decided against the M9.

I went to Best Buy last night to play with one also. The edge one does look and feel nicer than the regular one. I have no idea what the edge does other than the look and feel. I think I will wait for the LG G4 later this month. My Note 2 is starting to get old.

I have an LG G3 and love it. I am sure the G4 will be even better.

Any first-hand reviews of the S6E? Need to buy a new device very soon, and I'm leaning towards a Samsung device for the first time.

So I stopped at the local Verizon store just to see how they look. The S6 looks pretty similar to the other Samsung phones. However, the Edge looks pretty cool. I kind of wish I waited so I could have gotten an Edge. I was just 1 week past my 2 week return of my newly purchased S5 (which I am very happy with). One reason I didnt wait is because no one could tell me what the Verizon Edge pricing would be (as it turns out, it was a lot less than some clerks led me to believe it would be). Oh well. I can wait 1 more year or so to get it.

I don't really see the value of the edges; the only "shut up and take my money" aspect of the Edge is the emerald green variant--which most likely won't be sold in the US.

The LG G4 is looking really nice, too... http://www.droid-life.com/2015/04/12...-this-weekend/

This weekend only, you can get a T-Mobile 64GB S6 or S6 Edge for the same price as the 32GB model (and with no money down).

This is tempting. I was waiting for a deal on this. Might be enough to sway me.

I'm definitely on the fence about this. I still think $670+tax is a crazy price for a cell phone.
