Evernote is a good and easy app to use. Did you try that one?

I dropped Evernote after they changed their pricing model. So many other excellent free alternatives (like OneNote). Scanable is also not available on Android.

I use ScanSnap and have a workflow set up to name the receipt with the date and city then forward it to my dropbox. Then when I am home doing my report, I just consolidate all of the PDF's into one for submission.

Unfortunately in addition to the scan, I must also tape and submit all receipts manually as well.
