How to find current provider for a phone number
Is there a site that will tell me what phone company currently services a given phone number? I usually use tnid.us, but it only shows the phone company originally associated with the phone number. For my cell phone, for example, it shows Cingular, even though I haven't had Cingular/AT&T on that line in 10 years. I'm currently with Verizon.

You need to query the LNP database.
