TEP Wireless Wifi xperiences renting in USA

Any Recent TEP Wireless Experiences (Europe)?
Just wanted to see if anyone has had any more recent experiences with TEP Wireless in Europe. Traveling to the Czech Republic (just a few days) and Switzerland for two weeks.
Typically pick-up a iSpotConnect Mi-Fi device at GVA when I arrive and had good experiences with them in the past. Thinking of trying TEP Wireless this trip since it works in multiple countries and can receive the device before leaving.
Any other recommendations for portable Wi-Fi vendors is also appreciated.
