For 2011, Gmail is offering Gmail Motion which lets you use a webcam and body motion to compose e-mails.

Also, YouTube is celebrating their 100th anniversary with the top 5 viral films from 1911. They've also added a 1911ify button that lets you play videos in that style.

someone should produce April Fool's joke or actual business plan. Too many startups are the e-version of "google paper"
