Fired TSA Federal Air Marshal Service manager predicted NW253 security lapse
Minute 1:45
Fired TSA Federal Air Marshal Service Atlanta Field Office Special Agent in Charge, Don Strange: "About two years ago I identified an office that had behavioral scientists that came to [my office in] Atlanta . . . they had developed techniques of identifying terrorists based on their behavior, behavior characteristics, I've tried for two years to try to get the air marshal program to train air marshals as to how to identify terrorists BEFORE they get on the airplane, but we can't do that."
Glenn Beck: "Why can't we do that?"
Strange: The whole program was set up to be reactive instead of proactive in other words, [Federal Air Marshals] are trained to shoot it out at 32,000 feet, and if that happens it's not going to be pretty no matter what the result is."

Washington Times, February 2, 2009:
With a swipe of President Obama's pen, Don Strange could get his job back with the Federal Air Marshal Service.
The former special agent in charge of the Atlanta field office, one of the largest in the nation, was unceremoniously escorted from the building in February 2005. He was later fired, after challenging the agency's boarding procedures, dress code and other security issues he says threatened to expose undercover officers.

What was predicted by the fired TSA employee?
It doesn't take genius to figure out that an "underwear bomber" was a risk and that the effort at identifying terrorists -- which was in play for this AMS-DTW flight -- was going to work as it was designed to fail.

Yes, it will eventually to gets fired all of TSA employee immediately. Unfortunately, the behavioral doesn't good enough on the job training and lousy attitude at work and TSA are un-American actions will be no longer to be existed. They don't do it yourselves for TSA is not jurisdiction against of FAM actions due to NW#253 out AMS-DTW. TSA can't be guaranteeing their own actions from last week due to suspicious behaviors inside the aircraft.
