Does anyone have a recommendation on a European voltage surge protector? I lost a computer many years ago to a power surge and since then I have been paranoid about using a surge protector or carrying one with me on the road in the United States. I'm traveling to Greece in June and would like to not fry the Macbook air while I'm abroad.

My current travel surge protector is a 360 power curve mini http://www.360electrical.com/product...rcurve-family/, but that is not rated for European voltage. I've read online that you are NOT supposed to hook up a 110 volt surge protector to a voltage converter because of fire risk. My laptop charger and electric shaver will both run on 220, so if I could find a good 220 volt surge protector my electronics will be protected.
