Travelpro walkabout lite 3 rolling tote
I just got one of these bags to use as a carry-on.
When I opened up the bag, I noticed the lower 50% of the lining was loose, and the other part is velcro'd on.
Is it normal for the lining to be like this? I can easily push it aside and see the inner plastics of the bag.
I'm not sure if it's a manufacturer's error or if that's how it's designed.
