Are yall still able to get the full VAT rebate by using the form Koffer Direkt gives you? Assuming that this is for export and you're shipping it to the hotel.

No more discount?
Just tried to get a new discount code...
And even though the system says you get a 15% discount code, it's not the case any more. After obligatory registration for their newsletter the best you get is a €5,00 coupon or <1% discount in case you'd like to purchase a Rimowa like I wanted to do...
Very misleading to say at the least...
Better buy it from the local store, the €5,00 just covers the EU shipping...

Literally (quite) the second I wrote that post I had an email from them with the DHL tracking numbers. Cases arrived yesterday in perfect condition, very well packaged. Good stuff!

I just bought and received a nice Rimowa case from these guys. Great service from them. Website was a bit tricky but the sales team answered my emails to point me in the right direction.
