I'm a habitual logo-ripper, I also remove pockets from new dress shirts (I don't use them).

You can use a blade, or buy a $2 seamripper from a fabric store or wal-mart to remove patches like that. It will take about 5-10 minutes and you will see no trace about a day later

Depending how fine the fabric is on the dress shirt you might see it when you remove the pocket. Also depends on how long ago it has been sewn and whether it has been washed already. Best to do it when brand new. There are dress shirts without pockets (actual dress shirts) but they are getting a bit rare in casual America. Chances are better to find one without a pocket if you choose French cuffs.

so you all got me curious

I certainly don't mind the RedOxx logos and had not even thought about them. Looked at several of my RedOxx bags. On each one the logo badge is the same color as the bag and is hardly noticeable. Now I don't have any black bags.

We color coordinate our RedOxx bags for the job they do. We use the Little Roy bags quite often for tools (handy to set up show booths) and each color means a specifiic contents.

For my own clothing I find it easier to use a lighter colored bag so I can see what is packed. Safron is great for this.

Also with so many of us now using RedOxx it really helps if we use different colored bags unless I want Roger to end up with my bras!

Taking off the badges is no big deal but they certainly don't offend me.

No they wouldn't. They already obviously have the patches in a number of different colors, because different colors of bags get different patch colors. I just wanted the blue patch (or similar) from the dark blue bag on my black bag. No special order necessary.
