Indianapolis Airport, I go to Harry and Izzy's on the A Concourse. This is a spin-off restaurant from St. Elmo's Steakhouse downtown. For $20 I can get a pint of cocktail sauce and a little cooler bag for it.

Lately I find myself going to Barcelona via Zurich a lot. I really like looking at all the watch shops in ZRH airport. Not to buy, just to look.

$20 for a pint of cocktail sauce. That better be seriously delicious. At that price per volume you can get a nice bottle of wine. That would be $30 for about 750ml.

Generally, last minute gifts that I forgot to pick up during my travels. Shot glasses are often hard to find in many cities outside of the US, so I pick them up for family members who collect them.

I used to stock up on Texas Gunpowder every time I was in DFW. Just pure dried ground jalapeno pepper, no salt or anything else added.

Glad to see they're back in business again!

I never buy anything at airports. I am such a pharmacist, my carry on bag looks like a Walgreens.

Just water and sometimes food for the plane. I'm always tempted by the neck pillows, but haven't tried one yet.

Most of my book and magazine purchases are at airports. There used to be a nice used book store at RDU, it's been a while since I've been through there, don't know if it's still around. I don't subscribe to any magazines, my mail carrier has a hard enough time jamming my mail into my mailbox while I'm on the road, so I get them all at the airport.

Go ahead. Live dangerously. Buy a cheap inflatable pillow. My last one went about 300K before it died. I'm sure the non-inflatables are even more comfortable but I really like to pack light and tight.

It was there in late March at least. It made for some highly enjoyable browsing, though I didn't buy anything.

I used to buy a book at the airport on my way to wherever. But it's a heck of a lot easier to go shopping a week prior to a flight now and buy one ahead of time.

I buy food and bottled water. Airports are my excuse to buy sweets. I usually don't buy anything that is the sort of thing I would want to haul all the way home.

Food, drink, and (if it's a new and interesting city) a snowglobe for my daughter.

With your FT handle should we be surprised?

Strictly food & beverages at airports and maybe the rare lapel pin for a collection my sister has going.
