Sorry to go OT on this thread but I would be really interested to know how this is caused. At this type of speed I would assume that all water vapor flies off the rear of the wings from the point its is generated. I don't understand how it goes to the end of the wing first and then falls off in a trail?
Also what causes this?

It is caused by a drop in pressure, causing the water to freeze. Similar to the vapor seen in engine nacelles during take off on humid days:

I feel compelled to commend you on your choice of cropping, too--as ConciergeMike said, it almost looks like a rendering or screenshot out of a flight sim. The full-frame photo loses that effect, so your cropping job really brings out the picture!
