I went in mid-March last year. I believe a hurricane grazed the island last summer. Perhaps the sign had to be replaced.

Btw, I think you had the same room as me. Top floor, second balcony from the right if looking at the hotel from the water.

Found two more that I have forgotten to post. From a trip to Sichuan, China over a year ago.

From the corridor of the top floor of Xiluodu Hotel (溪洛渡大酒店) in Leibo, Sichuan, China. You may not have heard of Xiluodu now, but you will, as its the construction site of the 3rd largest hydroelectric dam in the world (after the Three Gorges Dam in China and the Itaipu between Brazil and Paraguay).




And this one from 2006. Jin Ying Hotel (金鹰大酒店) in the newer, non-descriptive, part of Kunming, Yunnan.
