The New Otani, Osaka, Japan

From my hotel room looking at Osaka Castle and city skyline. Note the moon is still up while the sun-rise comes from the left of picture.

The building with the red roof foreground and center is the Raoul Wallenburg Guest House of the Institute for Advanced Studies' Collegium Budapest where I stayed with Mrs.Teacher49 last month. So this is a bit of a stretch since the photo is "over the roof of..." rather than "from the window of ..."

On the Pest side of the Danube is the Hungarian Parliament Building.

(I will gladly take this down if I give offense by stretching the OP this way.)

BTW, can anyone tell me if it is possible to make this photo any larger? It is hosted on my picasa account and I have already increased the value of sxxx to s800.

On the other hand, this url gives too large a photo to embed here via the photo insert tool: http://api.photoshop.com/home_f239a4...4acb55b8e8ca3e

Seeing as how I live here now I haven't stayed in a NYC hotel room in many, many years. Thanks to some construction work, however, I moved out for a couple nights last week and got to experience the joy that is a NYC hotel room. I actually ended up moving from this room since it was facting directly at a police station across the street, which was not quiet, but the view in this one was much better.

Room 1116 at the DoubleTree on Lexington & 51st.

Photobucket is what I normally use and have posted in this forum many times. I don't know what the problem is?! I tried from start to finish three times and got the original size every time.

It's not you, there has been a problem with Photobucket embedding for about a week now. Lots of people on many sites are moaning.
