Why I love flying, in an image...

Thought this would be an interesting topic. Why do you love flying? In one picture explain.

Heh - another form of natural beauty. Perhaps I'll have to focus my camera inside the plane instead of outside next time.

Of course, on most US flights, it takes some time to find that "beauty"...

Great shots! The glacier, the mountain peeking out of the horizon, and the ice below, all great examples of what makes flying great. ^

Yes, yes, origami from FAs is welcome and appreciated just as much

I still get a childish sense of amazement that these huge chunks of metal actually make it off the ground. And then wonder where everybody is off too, and why... I love watching departures and arrivals at airports!

I prefer them from the perspective they had when taking the photo's, but when stuck down here, they are hard to beat!
