Inflight photography can be either be very satisfying or very frustrating. Window glare sucks, and I couldn't do much about it for this entire descent into SLC a couple months ago. Oh well.

Don't think I've already posted these, but was looking back through some old travel photos in my computer today and saw these snaps from my mobile phone, taken during an expedition around Europe. This view was just after take-off from Ponta Delgada (PDL) in the Azores:
Midflight from NCE - GVA with the ol' EasyJet:
God knows where – is that a Boeing 777 wing? Could be to BRU or MAA with Jet Airways, or possibly some CX Airbus enroute to HKG:

Photo of the aircraft display.
Yes there are flights longer than 7138 miles. But this one is 155 degrees of longitude at the mid latitudes. That’s 43% of the way around the Earth nonstop on a DL 744. The whole Pacific Ocean plus a continent, a little over 100 years after the Wright Brothers.
Many take it for granted. Still blows my mind. ^

Over the North Sea 14 minutes from touchdown in AMS. Morning arrival after crossing The Pond from ATL. A330. Most of you can probably guess the airline.
