Forgive me for resurrecting an old topic, but it seemed like the right place for this. This post serves two purposes. First, to share one (and hopefully more) image from my recent MR to Joshua Tree NP in California. Two, to see if the server in my basement can handle serving images to FT. Maybe it will work, maybe the server will melt into a puddle on my floor, we'll see...

So without further ado, here it is



This guy ran across the road as I was driving through the park. I pulled over and managed to find him about 10 yards into the brush. Finally got him to pose like this by snapping fingers/whistling. Shot with Canon T2i and EF 70-300 lens @ 210mm f/5 1/2000 sec.

Here's Plush. Our cottage in Ireland has hundreds of rabbits in the yard. They're used to us and sleep on the warm bricks just outside my window.
