Ah missed the captions.
That Tower Bridge shot looks good but looks like it was windy, looking at the water?
Was in London at the beginning of May and it was windy, well over 20 MPH, so didn't try to venture out at night for night shooting.

I don't remember it being that windy while we were there, nothing close to 20 MPH at least.
It might just be a slight breeze and 15 second exposure. I was just glad that the water was still enough to get the picture because I was on a floating pier.
