Flying with Older Pets
We're in the process of planning a move to Britain with our family - two cats, 2 Scottie dogs.
Our dogs are both fairly young, so I'm sure that they'll be fine, but I'm worried about our cats. One cat will be 11 1/2, and the other will be just over 8 - so both, in cat terms, "Seniors."
Does anyone have experience flying long distances with senior pets? Likely, our path would be AUS-IAH-LHR, which is around 12-13 total hours in a kennel.
Normally, I'd just fly with them in the cabin, and check the dogs, but I don't think Continental allows in-cabin international pets?
