A 57 year-old mother of three touched down at Birmingham International Airport in the United Kingdom escorted by two RAF Harrier jets this morning completing a 29,000-mile, four-month solo journey around the globe.
Polly Vacher, a former music teacher who only started flying in 1994, set off from Birmingham on January 13 - the day after her 57th birthday.
