Reuters: Exclusive: Top airlines offer to re-assign crew from Zika-hit routes
Major U.S. airlines United (UAL.N), Delta (DAL.N) and American (AAL.O) and Europe's Lufthansa (LHAG.DE) and Air France (AIRF.PA) are offering to re-assign certain flight crew concerned about contracting the Zika virus from routes to affected countries.
The previously unreported policies by the U.S. airlines show how the mosquito-borne virus, linked to thousands of birth defects in Brazil, looms as an issue not just for airline passengers but for flight attendants and pilots as well.

Both U.S. and European carriers are discussed in the article.

That's considerate of them. I have to say, this virus sounds scary and am hoping officials work things out and are able to find a way to limit and stop the virus from spreading and affecting pregnant women, otherwise the whole continent of South America is going to be off limits for quite a while - not to mention the health effects on those who live in affected areas.

Yes it's concerning for those who are pregnant or wishing to become pregnant (it may be sexually transmitted) but it terms of affect it is nothing like as dangerous as malaria.
It's responsible for the airlines to reassign crew who may be at risk and all credit to them for that.
