Before I look, let me guess - Delta and US at the bottom, Southwest at the top.
EDIT: Quelle surprise! Though I wasn't really planning on racking up many with my new Emirates status, interesting to see them at the bottom. I suspect they have enough demand and iirc, the Middle East airlines were late to/not that interested in the FF game.
I do have quite a bit of (negative) experience with US, though Delta and SW are by reputation only.
