Getting a little exercise on long trip

Being inactive too long is unhealthy. When taking a long interstate bus trip or taking a flight that lasts a few hours, get up and walk around for at least a minute or so every now and then. The least you can do is fidget in your seat frequently.

I've never taken a long interstate bus trip, but if I'm on a long flight yes I walk around or do in-seat exercises.

Cheers.

I'd much rather just bike the entire distance.
