Antihistamines and Alzheimer's

I have just read a report in the UK linking antihistamine use (Benadryl, Nytol) to Alzheimer's: 3 years daily use = 60% increase in your chance of getting Alzheimer's. That seems particularly significant. And a check on google shows it is not the only study suggesting this.

Anyone have thoughts on the effects of using them less frequently - as a travel sleep aid maybe 25 days per year.
Should I stop using them?
