Ebola end of the world?

This outbreak in Africa doesn't show any sign of slowing down. If it starts spreading internationally I'm guessing flights will be curtailed, although probably too late.

anyone feeling a little concerned about it?

More seriously, Is it likely that airlines will give "do-overs" on status years if that should happen and there is a long term international pandemic?

Can't speak for others but if there is a long term international pandemic (which I don't think will occur), frequent flyer status would be the last thing on my mind.

Cheers.
