How to track strength training
I use Runkeeper to track my cardio workouts, but I constantly struggle to figure out how to track strength training workouts. Does anyone have any Android apps they'd suggest?
My gym has Life Fitness (http://www.lifefitness.com/commercia...estations.html) and Cybex Eagle (http://www.cybexintl.com/products/selectorized.aspx) stations. I've downloaded the LFConnect app, but it seems to largely rely on QR codes attached to each machine -- which my gym doesn't have.
I'd love an app where I could:
* Create customized circuits (legs circuit, arms circuit, etc.)
* Track my history for each machine/exercise (sets/reps/weights)
* See my progress at a glance
Any suggestions?
