Is this car rental bonus legit?

Hi all - new to the forum.

I saw this ad on AA site for Thrifty.

It says earn 200 miles per day. I am trying to earn few airline miles through car rental for a month and wanted to check if I really receive 200 x 30 = 6000 miles after a month?

I saw similar offers on UA site. Do you think it is legit? T&C doesn't give much details.

Also is AA miles better than UA miles for travel to central asia?
