How much does Thrifty charge for Underage fee in Philadelphia?
Anyone know? I need a car for 7 days, and I'm not sure what car rental place to go to. I am 24 years old.

Im not sure for Philadelphia specifically, but usually its $27.00/day

Hertz will waive the underage fee for retail customers using either the Underage Coupon (PC144314) or free Gold Family (hertz.com/goldfamily).
