December 17th or 18th
Thanks seanthepilot for starting this thread and for updating the first post ^.
Either 17th or 18th would work for me. MegatopLover you have PM. Just realised superscot and Mrs superscot are already there but hopefully keeping up with FT .

Sorry guys - looks like we are going to have to pass on this one. Our plans have been fairly fluid, based around Mrs superscot's dental treatment programme. It now looks like we are not going to be in the city on 17th or 18th - taking the chance of a break from the dentist's chair to head off somewhere - maybe Kanchanaburi.
Enjoy whatever you set up - if you like, please PM me the details and if our plans change again, we will try to make it. (Off to REP in the morning for a weekend of non-dentistry)

Sorry I'm going to miss you and Mrs superscot. MegatopLover (plus Mr Megatop if he is free) and I hope to meet on the evening of 17th at one of the bars/lounges at the State Dome Tower, though I don't quite know at what time. So if you or anyone else happen to be around on 17th please let us know over the weekend. Once we start travelling our access to FT may not be possible.
Enjoy REP! I'll be there for Christmas though I should perhaps say Siem Reap rather than REP since I won't be flying there.

I'll be eating at the Millenium Hilton on the Dec. 30th at the buffet dinner. Does anyone want to join me before meeting for drinks later that evening?

Spending New Years in BKK
I will be in BKK for New Years with my girlfriend. Any suggestions for NYE? Pretty open to anything. Been to BKK many times over the years, just not during NYE.
I will be staying at the JW Marriott on Sukhumvit.
Thanks....

Otherwise, I'll be most likely staying at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit or Plaza Athenee on a starwood privilege rate (THB 4,500/3500 nett).

I'll be arriving in BKK very late on Jan. 13 and will depart for Chiang Mai on the morning of Jan. 15 - so the 14th is open. Will also be in BKK on Jan. 25.
