5:15 layover at DMK - Anything to do in the city?
My wife and I are transiting DMK in a few days on our way to HKG. We have a 5 hour, 15 minute layover. I believe we have to clear immigration, so we will be curbside anyway. We've both been to Bangkok before, but haven't spent much time around the DMK area. Anything worth checking out in the middle the day for 2-3 hours? Thanks for any info

What kinds of things do you like to do?
You could visit Spahan Mai (Ying Charoan) Market . Or Or Tor Kor Market
Or cheer someone up at Khlong Prem Prison ?

Something? Very cryptic.
I mentioned those places - which other than the prison, are close by and more for food/eating.
But yes, clearing Immigration a few times, and security, and given that the taxi situation at DMK can be challenging, you may be better off sticking close to the airport.

I know you don't really want to shop, but I would probably head for the Future Park Rangsit complex to kill the time. At least it's air conditioned and there is food.
